About Us

Community Land Trusts-or CLTs-give ordinary people the means to steward land for local wellbeing, developing and managing homes and other assets important to their local community. SHARE supports Baltimore's CLTs by:

• Convening trainings and opportunities to share processes and best practices.
• Advocating at the city and state levels for both policy solutions and funding.
• Centralizing functions for a greater collective impact.
• Promoting the CLT movement by educating the general public and potential partner organizations, such as lending institutions, developers and realtors.
