SHARE Baltimore is a coalition that supports the creation and maintenance of Community Land Trusts (CLTs) and other forms of shared-equity ownership in Baltimore City. Each coalition member revitalizes neighborhoods, providing access to permanently affordable housing to individuals and families typically excluded from the traditional housing market. SHARE Baltimore supports the work of each organization, develops best practices that can be utilized across the sector, advocates for resources at the state and local levels, and promotes the shared-equity movement in Baltimore. SHARE Baltimore is committed to developing a significant, vibrant, non-speculative housing sector that will exist in Baltimore permanently.
